Apple Walnut Scrub

This scrub gently smooths and softens.  Apples are especially soothing to dry skin.  The walnuts give a gentle exfoliation while adding skin friendly oils.

Apple Walnut Scrub
     1/4 cup chopped apples
     1-2 tablespoons water
     1 tablespoon finely chopped walnuts
     1 tablespoon rice bran
In a blender, mix apples and enough water to achieve an applesauce.  Transfer to a bowl and stir in walnuts and rice bran.  Gently massage onto face and neck.  Rinse well.

Yield: 2 treatments

Store unused portion in the refrigerator and use within 3 days.
